Chest training

The chest muscles can be trained with various exercises. Butterfly training, for example, is popular. You move two handles towards each other in front of your chest to strain the muscles. You determine the intensity of the training by the weight you set. Another option is training using the chest press. Here you push the weight forward with your arms in front of your chest.

Biceps training

If you want to have toned biceps, you need to train with enough weight and constantly challenge the muscle in different ways. One of our multi-gyms is ideal for this. If biceps training is important to you, the device should have a curling desk or a pulley. This is how you can really get your upper arms in shape!

The SportPlus multi-gyms SP-HG-009, SP-HG-010, SP-HG-015 and SP-HG-016 are ideal for intensive biceps training. Here you even have several options to create new stimuli again and again. In this way, muscle growth is particularly stimulated.

Triceps training

The triceps are the opponent of the biceps and must therefore also be trained to prevent one-sided strain. You can achieve a good effect if you move the lat pulldown towards your lower body. This puts targeted strain on the back muscles of your upper arm. At the same time, adjacent muscle regions - especially the shoulder muscles - benefit from this exercise.

The SportPlus multi-gyms SP-HG-009, SP-HG-010, SP-HG-015 and SP-HG-016 are very suitable for triceps training. These are the same multi-gyms that you can use to train your biceps. This also makes sense so that you can stress the respective muscle and its counterpart in a balanced manner.

Abs workout

To train your abdominal muscles, the multi-gym should have a sit-up bench. Since the abdominal muscles play a key role in stabilizing your body, a (small) effect can be noticed in almost every exercise. As with other muscles, the abdominal muscles should be trained in a variety of ways in order to continually provide new stimuli.

Leg training

The leg curl is a classic exercise that probably every ambitious athlete knows. Many of our multi-gyms are therefore equipped with appropriate equipment to strengthen the leg muscles. In order to train the various muscles in the leg, some machines are also equipped with a leg extension, backward kick or side kick. This makes the training holistic and doesn't put a uniform strain on your muscles!

Buy a multi-gym

You have to pay attention to this!

Before buying a multi-gym, you obviously have to ask yourself which muscle groups you want to train. Depending on the type of multi-gym, the number of possible exercises varies.

If you have a lot of experience in strength training, you can increase the range of functions a little by adding additional weights and adopting different postures. However, we recommend that you generally use the devices as they were designed. This way you reduce the risk of injuries caused by poor posture.

In addition to the desired range of functions, you should consider the following purchase criteria so that you receive a device that meets your requirements and ideas:
