Which parcel service delivers my order?
All SportPlus packages are delivered by GLS.Can I choose a parcel service?
Unfortunately not. All parcel deliveries are made by GLS.What advantages do GLS ParcelShops have for me?
The GLS ParcelShops serve as a parcel drop-off point and parcel acceptance point. They are located in different shops (shop-in-shop system) - so the waiting times for the parcel collection are very short. There are around 5,000 GLS ParcelShops in Germany where you can pick up your parcels. Most ParcelShops are open on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Many shops with integrated ParcelShops also open earlier or are open longer in the evening.What is a reassignment?
If the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, you as the recipient can decide how to proceed. Your options for redeployment:- Package re-delivered to your address - you choose the day.
- Shipping to a different address that you specify.
- Parcel delivery to a GLS ParcelShop of your choice.
- Grant parking permit. The delivery driver can then drop off your package at the location you specified.
- Refuse acceptance: The package is being returned to the sender.
- Collect yourself at the depot: The package remains at the depot and is ready for you to collect for four working days. There will be no new packet delivery.
- Parcel delivery again in the evening or on Saturday. Available in many postal code areas of Berlin, Bonn, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich and Nuremberg
How often does GLS try to deliver my order?
GLS will make a second delivery attempt if no neighbor was able to accept the parcel delivery and there was no ParcelShop nearby. If you have selected a reassignment option, the procedure for the next parcel delivery is based on your individual wishes.Can GLS make my parcel available for collection at the ParcelShop?
Yes. If the delivery driver cannot deliver your parcel to you or one of your neighbors, he will automatically take it to a nearby ParcelShop (does not apply to tires) and leave you a notification card. You can pick it up from the ParcelShop within eight working days of the day after the attempted delivery. If your sender has booked the ShopDeliveryService, you can select ParcelShop when ordering. Important: For each pick-up you need a valid ID card or passport or corresponding international identification papers.What are the shipping costs?
All SportPlus items (including shipping items) are delivered free of charge. The free delivery only applies to delivery addresses in Germany (including German islands) and Austria.To which countries do you ship?
Orders can currently only be placed in the SportPlus online shop if the delivery address is within Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, France or the UK. Excluded are the forwarding products SP-MR-011, SP-MR-012 and SP-ET-9910-ie, where we can currently only deliver in Germany.Can someone else collect my parcel from the GLS ParcelShop?
Yes. To do this, give the collector an informal written authorization on the notification card or use the form.It should state your name and address and the name and address of the person collecting you. The authorized representative must bring the power of attorney and a valid ID card or passport.Can I change my delivery address after completing my order?
When ordering, please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address at a later date. In order for the order to arrive as quickly as possible, the order will be processed immediately after the order is completed.How long does delivery take?
The delivery time for normal parcel shipments is 2-4 working days within Germany and a maximum of 7 working days for outside of Germany. It can take up to 10 working days for shipping items. Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are not considered business days.Where is my package?
Use the GLS shipment tracking and see where your package is at the moment. When the parcel is handed over to the parcel service, you will receive your parcel or shipment number from us by email so that you are always up to date on the delivery status.Frequently asked questions about payment methods
