The lat pull bar gives you the best conditions for perfect arm and back training. Thanks to the solid and stable tubular steel construction, the tower is ideal for your strength training. The back and chest variations allow you to train different muscles.

With a lat pulldown station you can primarily strengthen the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi and trapezius muscles. These muscles play an important role in many everyday movements, such as lifting heavy objects or putting on clothes. The lat pulldown station is also suitable for exercises that strengthen the abdominal and leg muscles, such as leg presses and rowing.
