A special feature of this lat pull-down station is the footrest for rowing. This allows you to train your upper body and legs in particular. In addition to many strength training exercises, you can also promote your cardio training here. The cable pulley can also be used for bicep curls.

Lat pull bar for

Back & arm training

The lat pull bar gives you the best conditions for perfect arm and back training. Thanks to the solid and stable tubular steel construction, the tower is ideal for your strength training. The back and chest variations allow you to train different muscles.

With a lat pulldown station you can primarily strengthen the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi and trapezius muscles. These muscles play an important role in many everyday movements, such as lifting heavy objects or putting on clothes. The lat pulldown station is also suitable for exercises that strengthen the abdominal and leg muscles, such as leg presses and rowing.

Triceps rope exercises strengthen the triceps muscles and can also strengthen the shoulder and chest muscles. The triceps muscles are the muscles of the back of the upper arm and consist of three parts: the long, middle and short head. The comfortable seat and leg pads can be adjusted in multiple heights.
